Higdon barely fits into his shorts never mind the team. We dont play a style that suits, that doesnt mean he has no quality....

I thought Higdon looked much fitter on Tuesday night than he has previously. Didn't have much of a game and was easily bullied by Mansfield's centre halves, but still..

Just spotted that we've only won when he has scored this season. It's probably not even a correlation, nevermind a causation but don't think we've gone this far into a season where one player has scored in all our victories.

Then again it's not even like we've had many of those.

Imagine a Danny philliskirk statue

If he scored at Wembley in a victorious* play-off final I'd happily carve a Danny Philliskirk statue out of my own - and any willing contributors' - earwax.

*Edit: For us, naturally.

Had a look on soccerbase at his stats. He's played 111 times apparently, and I think the Middlesborough game this season is the only game he's scored for us and we've lost. Not a bad record to be honest. He scores in bursts though, and will then go a while without a goal.

There's far too much time between correlations. The last one was 1953
