You do know what a back up is right? Even if you can cross I'm not sure you have the pace we need?

 

Surely it's first team regulars that we need we've got plenty of players who could fall into the backup category.

We have our first 11 which is picked from a squad which needs to be increased!

That Martin is a winger not a striker. Sounds like a decent and cheap back up. If it doesn't work let him go in Jan bring someone else in. Win win in my eyes.

I know but I think we could do with a couple of players who are a bit more proven at this level how shall we say.

 

Not writing the lad off he may prove to be a rough diamond but I'm still a little concerned about the overall quality of the squad I am open minded enough to be proven wrong
