Davies was shocking, not even JUST because of the penalty miss, he was offside at least 4 times and his overall play, he just looked like he couldn't be arsed at all. Worst we have played under Wellens by some distance, Southend where decent to be fair, their number 9 had our defence all over the place. I made a case for Queensy starting earlier in the week because of his performance at MK but he was a passenger today and offered nothing, Nepo all day for me from now. deckyd Posted December 2, 2017 Share Posted December 2, 2017 Not sure why we are going a tad long and high when slick passing on the deck and balls up to Davies and Doyles feet were working so well previously. Byrne is not always the passing option, a few times today he recieved the ball when crowded and we had other players clearly available. We are playing ourselves into trouble. Teams have watched us sussed how we play and are targeting our weaknesses as well as cutting off the supply to our better players, as a previous poster alluded to we need a plan B. Having said all that we've missed some sitters in our last three goalless games and if you don't take your chances you won't win any game.
