    Don't think the Olympic Stadium is in Orient though? In Leyton Orients position, moving to a stadium that while not in Leyton is quite close I'd take the name change. I'm not sure why anyone would want to do that though, you stand to gain nothing apart from looking stupid.

    Or we look at sorting out the 3 other stands we have. Oldham Athletic does not need an increase in seating capacity, it needs an increase in income which is exactly what this stand will bring us.

    Looks good. Can tell exactly what the club is going for, adding capacity to the stadium is no issue at all and its clear its all about the corporates and other usage. No complaints here.

    Especially when its not unreasonable to think that the ticket prices for a new stand will be the most expensive. It would be cheaper to stay in the Chaddy/RRE and some fans might go for that instead.

    I didn't think we'd do it with 2 weekends to spare. Can't say I'm complaining too much about that though.

    Surely a league which is tight like that is good rather than crap? It'd be a bit dull if there were massive gulfs between teams...

    Think of it in terms of seats, with the amount of seats that OT has compared to other premier league clubs their 11% allocation is much closer to 15% other teams must have.

    Just took a look at the Oldham Athletic vid, never seen any footage or pictures of BP as it used to be. Absolutely incredible seeing a huge uncovered stand with so many mills in the background!

    If Southend win the replay, sure. PNE isn't that bad. Winnable and close. Theres definately better draws out there, but theres a lot worse.

    I'll probably be at the area final if its away and am really hoping for Bradford as they are the only team out of the 3 we don't already have the trip to in the league. Can only echo the sentiments about Wembley, and of course I'd rather the first time I see Oldham there is at the playoffs, but beggars can't be choosers.

    Looks great to me. Oddly enough the thing that sticks out the most on that artists rending is the temporary stand between the point and media/players stand. That will look very strange when there is nothing there during county games, could get a bit windy...

    Where abouts is Nandos on Elk Mill? I've not been back recently but can't think of any space there as it is (without using the warehouse type spaces)

    Aren't new stadiums today built to upgrade easily anyway? I get the gut feeling we will probably have one of these Pride Park type things, which are easily expandable, as long as the land directly behind a stand or two is available.

    Sky pick a League One game to air with Leeds in it. How shocking is that! Still, gets one of our league games on telly for a change, so can't complain really.

    Haha saw that coming. Its fair enough, can't really do red for the obvious reasons. The above design is much nicer than anything a certain local club could ever come out with though.
