  1. If the club sells out then there’s no financial need for “online purchasing options “. Not sure why you think that this is nonsense commercially. I understand your frustration if you can’t get to the ground but try this. It’s always worked for me. Write to the ticket office, using first class post, enclose a cheque and a sae. The old ways still have their merits.
  2. Vegan caterers - well worth having a butchers at....
  3. Not what you said in an earlier thread when you said it was lucky that only two teams can be relegated. That clearly implies you had us as 21/22.
  4. Excellent initiative. A real help for those with autism and their carers. Well done to those whose idea it was and to those who have turned it into reality.
  5. Wikipedia (yes, I know) has him down as being with us.
  6. Keegan tweets that hmrc have lodged a winding up petition
  7. Having known Milnrow for over 50 years I am pleased that he has finally had some success ...luck can overcome a lot! However his strategy of pretty much predicting the same score for every match was an interesting one and enabled him to hang on to a good position secured by one very accurate crowd prediction, Will it pay off this season? Quite possibly .,even if it does mean listening to his triumphalism at every match??
  8. From BBC site. A marriage made in .... "United's Welsh striker Ched Evans, 29, is wanted on loan by Joey Barton's Fleetwood Town"
  9. You’re predicting that we will finish 21st or 22nd then? #bottomfourlads
  10. Wasn’t he just pointing out that he felt there was some hypocrisy on the part of Motherwell and Robinson ? I
  11. Having posted our team for the last game we had in Div 4, in 1971 I thought it would be interesting to do so for our first game back in it after relegation. This is the team lineup for the game at Notts County Aug 9 1969. A 0-0 draw was one of our better results ea;y on, as we won only four matches upto the end of the following January. Frizzell's appointment as manager rallied the troops and we eventually climbed to 19th. Just three players - Bowie, Bebbington, and Whittle - remained in the team for the final match in the following season when we were promoted.
