  1. http://www.bizdb.co.uk/company/open-door-imaging-limited-09561300/ and https://companycheck.co.uk/company/09561300/OPEN-DOOR-IMAGING-LIMITED/companies-house-data Well they do medical imaging it seems - is that outsourced xray processing for the NHS or something, perhaps? No shock to see Simon on the books there, too - another income stream not going to the Club?
  2. I'd suggest everyone gets on Twitter and asks Ian Herbert (who wrote this article, in February) to look in to this. I am sure he'd have contacts at the FA who could clarify, and I know they're tracking the issues at places like Blackpool, Orient and Charlton closely.
  3. I commend both your vision and your willingness to put yourself out there. I encourage you, as someone who's been the target of much abuse in my time at the club, to take none of it personally. There's a great deal of pent up anger and frustration and anyone whose head is above water will become a target. That said, the above point may be best served by talking to the award-winning and well regarded Community team (based at the ground, but technically independent from the club) about their work in the community. Along those same lines a question; given the probable indifference or push-back you will receive from the club how do you intend to research and understand the market place without their co-operation?
  4. A hell of a lot has changed in 20 years - that's a very reductionist thought process.
  5. Why the :censored: would they do that? The point of additional income is to use it, not give it away!
  6. Three meetings! Completely agree though, this wasn't a spur of the moment mistake or a deceitfully constructed trap. This was simply "we'll give you ten grand to do something morally and legally ambiguous" and he said yes, and got caught. I'm not saying any one of us could say, with confidence, we'd not be seduced by the same idea, but it doesn't make it right.
  7. http://www.burytimes.co.uk/news/14750054.Man_charged_after_woman_sexually_assaulted_in_Prestwich/ Amazing reporting, putting the Rarely Wrong to shame... he gained a year in 4 lines!
  8. They've had a field day over it, have r/gaming. But then that's not unusual it's a pretty hot-headed place at the best of times! Meanwhile, and technically on a tangent, I've just got Betrayal At The House On The Hill (boardgame) which is proving to be a lot of fun (with a lot of rules) so far...
  9. Because U2 and Coldplay's label have the resources available to enforce their rights, equally it's harder to get away with playing a U2 song unnoticed than it is the obscure Cheese Indie Euro Rockers that 24 mentions.
  10. Horse:censored:. I don't doubt the rest of what you said and it's sickening how slow the music industry adapted to the internet age - but there's no way that's true.
  11. £5.5 million per medal (or gold, I can't even remember) so far...
  12. How are you imply that this isn't a perfectly natural growth pattern!
  13. They will not recognise the record if it's speed related (ie trying to do them all in the quickest possible time)... just so you know. Also 93...?
  14. By reading this: http://www.owtb.co.uk/index.php/topic/48779-millwall/
  15. It's a good 30-40 minute walk (never had the need to walk that way) or about a tenner in a cab. https://citymapper.com/directions?endaddress=The+Blind+Beggar%2C+London+E1%2C+UK&endcoord=51.519983%2C-0.057618&endname=The+Blind+Beggar%2C+London+E1%2C+UK&startcoord=51.505499%2C-0.086922&startname=London+Bridge
  16. It's a lot less dramatic than you might think...
  17. It's on the Overground line (orange) but don't let that confuse you - it's still part of the Tube network and so you can use your Oyster/Contactless card as normal. Anyone with a smart phone should grab City Mapper and use that - it'll guide you better than a pre-planned route as it adapts to closures, suspensions and delays.
  18. Correct on both counts, sadly I am in work in the dirty :censored:house that is East London.
