    I Not a starter for me, doesn't make enough of an impact and we resort to the hoof too early. He has been having an effect when used as a sub, would leave him in that role. Hopefully Cisak moving on will free up some pennies for a striker, especially with Derbyshire having to go back in mid December.

In all honesty we were never getting a result there today with the form they've hit, Corney will be thinking win the next two and the cup game and everything is rosy again, reality is different and Dickov, Taggart, Butler and Duxbury need to go.

    Cotterill went to Forest with them in a similarish position and kept them up - we wouldn't be playing tika taka with him in charge but we would be organised and have a semblance of a game plan.

    Would hate to see Baxter in midfield, need him playing as close to Derbyshire as possible. I wouldn't be totally surprised if we brought a centre midfielder in on loan at some point today.

    I do find it odd when people claim that results against certain teams someone count for more/less than others - every league match matters. Realistically there's only about 8 ties which would make us any serious money were we to get through so do find it a bit alarming that we seem to be pinning our seasons hopes on the chance of landing one of them.

    Think getting a result at Bournemouth would be an ask even with everyone available. Personally i'd bring Mellor back and stick him on the left with Montano benched

    Croft's form has fallen off a cliff since the Sheff Utd game, which in turn has affected Wabara. Great news about Derbyshire if that is the case though.

    Don't think he's been played in his right position all season, management have tried to turn him into a big, bruising target man to win free kicks and corners. What we've got at the moment is a lad who looks frustrated with what he's being asked to do, resulting in him spending most of the game either on his backside or arguing with officials.

    Thought it was a bit off for Chaddy to be tearing around the pitch while the band was on yesterday. And why were those flagwavers allowed into the small section of the RRE before kickoff? Only a small thing but can't imagine another club allowing us to do the same.
