Scholesy will know what needs to be done and will change things around in the close seasonso and I am willing to wait and see what happens next season when he has had the opportunity of imposing himself on the team he wants rather than the one he has inherited. He can't be blamed for his players stupid mistakes and some of the players have to accept that.

It's occurring far too often giving silly goals away in the dying minutes so that all the teams previous hard word counts for absolutely nothing. I'm getting increasingly nervous when 1-0up and we need to be killing off teams and be more ruthless up front. It's getting to the point where you are waiting fot the opposition to score late on as a normality. We must have dropped/ given away enough points that would have seen us on the verge of a play off spot and now the season is all but over. Scholes will have learnt a lot in the few games and will be looking at sorting out the team in the close season ready to push on next season. Some players must hold themselves at fault for all thsee cock ups Motm today was Baxter Imo. God ...when will we learn!!!!!!!!!!

While mentioning number plates mine is OL05HAM but coming back to the thread...I'm happy with what we are doing recently.Our midfield seem to be tackling and passing well and whilst on the front foot look good but when we play deep then we mess up.We should be far more clinical up front and our defence should not switch off and allow late goals to cost points late on. Having said that we are playing better as a whole and I'm confident that Scholes can get the best out of our players as well as attract new players in the future with both his contacts and his influence

Totally gutted.We outplayed Crewe and deserved to win but we must get that that vital second goal and be more ruthless when on top.Again crap ref cost us.

In front ot the North Stand pitch looks poor. Got to subdue Porter on Saturday but still feel we will win.As stated we played them off the park at their place and will always remember Clarkes screamer.

Great night,great goals and roll on Saturday for a tough game but winnable. Glad Paul has got off to a winning start and apart from a couple of scary moments we played some good stuff and the players showed their passion after scoring. Thought there was more than the 3800 crowd but should be 5000 next. Only downside was the tangerine flare set off which spoilt my view and stank for ages. Got our Bury tickets today which will be sold out if we win the next two games.

I'm feeling gutted as well but thought the team gave it their all especially in the second half.Iversen was Motm for me.Clarke did a superb off the line clearance.Second half just wish Ogrady could have stabbed it past their keeper.Had a couple of other near misses one of which I thought had gone in .I didn't see the penalty since too far away but the ref gave a corner.Their keeper was a disgrace.That cost us the game which I thought we would get a return match.We've had a good run and the players and fans can be proud of themselves. It will seem a bit of an anti climax when I go to mkdons and also knowing who we would have had in the next round but that's football.

Well it could have been worse. .....Gillingham away. Another away draw but at least not far away and should take a big away following.Easy to get to by road or rail and winnable.

Thought the ref had a good game apart from being conned for that penalty which could have cost us the game.Justice was done with that superb save.

We are going as usual on the official coaches.Just hope the coach stewards tell people not used to going that it's a first come seat basis but you keep the same seat. Last time away to Liverpool this woman and her husband got on last and demanded they sit together on ticket numbers so that she could talk to him. Caused a load of grief until she got her way and then never spoke to him!!!!!.
