And all were replaced and some. Hardly saving or shedding the wage bill is it. In fact it was added to. Your talking nonsense.
I accept all of the squad weren’t Wellens signings. But it’s completley baseless to argue AL didn’t substantially invest. Just look at the squad size.
2.8 Million divided by 52 is roughly a wage bill of 54k a week. Seeing as though we had a squad of 30 plus including the likes of mieng and Doyle it’s not hard to believe.
When you consider we had a budget of 2.8 million and he signed six of his OWN players all Ritchie could do was moan he couldn't get Matt Mills in . . I’d say demanding was an understatement.
He can’t work to a budget. When it goes wrong his answer is to go to championship for players the club can’t afford. They moan we have no ambition, then come out with- we need more quality- which is another way of saying I can’t improve players.
Thanks for the memories. .
Who cares Rob, all that matters is the result.
We’ve seen so many pretty 1 nil defeats over the years.
As as bad as our starts tend to be, we have shown a lot character this season. It’s good to see.
Think you’ve misunderstood Bob.
I’m in full agreement.
Im just Acknowldeging Mr Eyres latest punt at a wind up, unfortunately for him I think we’re all bit loved up with Rochdale tie to get involved today.
Coaching and managing are two very different animals.
Both are rookie managers.
Both have/are working under tough conditions.
Wellens though had a far better squad to work with- and failed.
Your very good at deflecting.
Your a well known wind up merchant, who often try’s to hard. When your riddles/contradictions are pulled up, you bring in another obscure point.
You got more faces than a rubix cube.
