Beharall/Hudson would probably have filled in. It feels too that people often seem to forget when they rave about the Hill-Hall-Armstrong defence that Clint only played 18 league games for us. Just dug out a programme from the 02/03 season, the Grimsby game in particular. Warhurst was on the verge of the England squad scoring goals non stop for Wednesday & Blackburn when he had a very bad leg injury.
