oafcprozac
No simply because Hallworth was here a lot longer, deliberated over Gorton too….it was easy to leave Miskelly off the list
pukka
Pogs pre littlejohn - easily pogs. On longevity - Kelly
andy_b_100
Gorton for me .. But fir the sake of the poll goram
Bristolatic
Andy Goram, but not second time around!
LaticsPete
Jimmy Rollo
Break The Silence
Some good keepers there but, if I can only pick one, i've gone for Jon Hallworth.
Markspark92
Andy Goram loses my vote because of his second spell here awful so It's gone to Gary Kelly
BP1960
Jimmy Rollo Although at the time Pete some thought John Hardie was the better keeper.
BP1960
The best taker of a cross ever at BP, Peter McDonnell.
moorcider
Gorton could have been better than Goram but his head was mashed.
archiecat
Andy Goram for me, his second spell can't be counted. Awesome first time round
Magic Mikey
I go back to Harry Dowd, no one comes close to Goram.
stargazer
Goram was only 18 when he was first choice in what is now called the Championship , mind his understudy Gorton looked like he could be at least as good , but it was never to be. Gary Kelly is as good a penalty saver as I have ever seen , we give bucket loads away & he saved stacks of them.
Bristolatic
Although at the time Pete some thought John Hardie was the better keeper. I always thought Hardie would be our No1 for some time, but Rollo was top class. The best taker of a cross ever at BP, Peter McDonnell. Who, oddly, took goal kicks right footed, but cleared left footed from his hands.
BP1960
I always thought Hardie would be our No1 for some time, but Rollo was top class. Who, oddly, took goal kicks right footed, but cleared left footed from his hands. And left either knee in the nether regions of anyone foolish enough to challenge him for a cross. lancy lad
Goram. (however not 2nd time around ) I actually thought Andy Gorton would have been a better keeper had he not been such a :censored:ing tool.
rudemedic
Hallworth as I'm not old enough to remember most of the others and he is a fraction better than PG.
disjointed
Goram for me, Dowd had his best years at Citeh, Gorton words fail me.
leeslover
As I am unable to vote for someone who I would piss petrol on if he was on fire, I had gone for Pogs, completely irrationally based on one of the few performances I have seen from a Latics player that was genuinely absolutely world class. oafcprozac
Stockport? City or Bristol City?
Magic Mikey
Stockport? City or Bristol City? Has to be Stockport, I missed our goal that day waiting for the turnstile operators at the Railway end to get the right change.
leeslover
Stockport? City or Bristol City? Stockport. I think he got changed very quickly in a phone booth before the way to the game. Never seen shot stopping like it.
