Bristolatic
Spot Sky transfer update's deliberate mistake. Leon Clarke, Wolves to Oldham, loan until end of season He's gone to the Plastics Edited February 2, 2015 by Bristolatic
NewBlue
I'm very optimistic about Murphy. 1 in 3 goals ratio in his first season in first team football, attracted interest from clubs richer than ourselves, who he declined, and apparently a genuine number 9 with pace, height and natural finishing ability. This is the classic example of us capitalising on a catch, enabling us to sign players who show lots of potential and are touted for bigger things - the one here being he's been out injured for a while, as was the case with Kelly. Just have to hope 'We've done things properly' and got it done in time. Be gutted if we haven't as we've been crying out for a proper striker that we can call our own, not wingers that we're trying to convert. Bristolatic
Is he actually fit to play at the moment? If he is, LJ's team selection for Barnsley could be interesting. I reckon it could be same as Notts County except Wilko/Murphy in place of AMS. Or both of 'em with Poleon on the bench.
shefflatic
turner to go out on loan is my guess to get some much needed games til summer when we will review his situation Anyway, yet again our manager is backed by his chairman and no players sold. THAT is some welcome ambition and a statement to all that the club wants to try and be successful. Well done to all
NewBlue
"The striker, who hobbled off against Cheltenham on Saturday, has agreed to sign for the league one club for an undisclosed fee" So we don't know the extent to his latest injury. Although if it was that bad I can't imagine we'd have signed him.
Chaddy_Ender
Reading their forum they say he is out for 3 weeks. Suspect he wont be rushed, with Wilkinson and Mills to add to Saturdays squad and only Amari a doubt things are looking up.

opinions4u
Will reserve judgement until I see him play. Not convinced Wilkinson's the answer either. But he did improve each game he played.
Scapegoat
Will reserve judgement until I see him play. Not convinced Wilkinson's the answer either. But he did improve each game he played. Think Wilkinson will be a 1 in 4ish striker, but one that the midfield and fellow front men benefit a lot from playing with.
TheBigDog
So we now have 9 (nine) strikers Forte Poleon Wilkinson AMS Murphy Turner Jacobs Philliskirk Bove Forte - carrying a long term injury AMS - out for two weeks? Murphy - hobbled off on Saturday Turner - coming back from serious injury Jacobs - not yet played for first team Bove - on loan So I make that three strikers... Come on LJ - get your finger out! HarryBosch
Will reserve judgement until I see him play. Not convinced Wilkinson's the answer either. But he did improve each game he played. We played our best football and had our best run with him up top....
