Shez has built a good part of his tactics on getting the ball up to Davies and Holloway quickly and it is failing miserably. They don't win headers,hold the ball up or have any connectivity between themselves. To make matters worse they are isolated,the midfield never get close to them or give them any runners to flick on to.
