yes he did put the free kick in,and yes a couple of his corners were decent....and second half he actually ran down the wing a bit n crossed the ball in twice... however,he seems to have lost his pace a little...he doesnt tackle back when a move breaks down..2 or 3 times saturday our keeper got the ball and if taylor had run into the acres of space in front of him could have been the outlet for the quick counter attack...but he just didnt look interested...he went down in the first half to nothing more than a tap on the ankle,but made a complete meal of it and held play up... i think for his own good he could do with being left out of maybe 1 or 2 games,just to show him he isnt the star player in the team,and he cant get away with putting in a quarter of a shift....

i was sat in rre today and trust me from where i was sat the chaddy end looked like there was about 60 people in it.... least in rre you get the banter with the away fans,plus yes kuqi's name was chanted,but so too was dickovs blue in white army....the great escape chant....bangin the drum then blues...dickov give us a wave....so quite obviously not all about kuqi was it... maybe if the whole team put a shift in instead of individuals then there will be generic chanting all game...

two very bad teams....one very bad ref....cant blame the wind conditions on that performance..there back four were built like brick :censored:houses,so the constant hoofing of the ball upto our strikers was pointless....but yet we persisted with it... if we had got in down on the deck we might have done better... defense...crap and switch off to easily...midfield....well we havent got one have we...totally devoid of skill pace ideas class or anything resembling footballers...strikers cant score if there not given anything to go on... ref spoiled an already crap game with utter ludicrous decisions... we need someone in midfield who is going to stop play with a foot on the ball,then pick a pass to one of our players... long hard frustratin season in store...not sure i can be arsed for much longer...if the team wont put the effort in why should i...

he had dowie as his number 2....and alledgedly enjoyed showers!!!

kids are more expensive in the paddocks though,so stick to rre i think

it can only help in my view...you do get a different perspective of games and play...big always did it at bolton...then if things change dramatically he came down the thing is though,he already knows who isnt doing the basics right....so he needs to address this first and formost.

the keepers not the problem,the comical school boy defending is the problem...however i feel with no real backup,it doesnt matter whether he ships 1 or 5,he will still play regardless,that is where i would like to see an adequate cover brought in to keep him on his toes.....we had amos on loan last season,and he got shot shy because of the goals conceded,yes me made a few errors but on the whole was ok....but his confidence went because the defense was bad....

i know we havent got the money....but our owners a bloody millionaire ffs...would it be such a hard task to drop your manager a few hundred grand to stop the wheels coming off..... decent loan signings....go check out the pfa list of available players for nowt...some very decent players knocking about.... i dont buy this we wont bring in players if they dont have the right attitude....what attitude do they need to have to concede goals as soon as second half kicks off... i will always keep the faith so to speak....have done for over 30 years now,but it doesnt mean i have to like whats going on does it...

a few key additions indeed....a striker....sick n tired of hearing how much we need one and nobodu ever turns up,so we go down the untried non league route.... goalkeeper..surely if this was brill hed have been hung drawn quartered n bits scattered over the old lookers stand by now... creative spark....we havent got one...stephens is being sorely missed and we cant fill his boots.... unless the owner is going to open his buisness wallet n drop a decent size sum in dickovs lap,then we are going to go through the season like this...lose 2 draw one win 2 etc etc,the only problem with this is that the paying public will desert in droves...and even the hardcore might start to drop off...need to get the right players in before the window :censored:s..

its a great tactic...as long as those defending pick up there players and those clearing make sure it doesnt just get hoofed up ,that it gets hoofed to one of those left up.. city did this last week against bolton and very successful when it comes off,instantly releases pressure on you and puts it straight on them...

why is it???? rotherham are quite right if he goes they need a suitable replacement....wish we would stick to ridiculous prices when people want our players.. if he doesnt go in this window,carries on scoring then every chance of him going injan...if he doesnt n just sees out his contract the clubs stuffed,but hopefully for them he will have scored enough to promote them...

name them then??? cant come out with statements like that n not back it up lad... while i agree to a certain extent that looking to non league players can,and in the past has,paid of...the vast majority of them dont,and thats why there in non league for a reason...we have the nucleus of a decent team,i just think its time for 1 or 2 marquee or better experienced players to come in and finish the squad off...

i think the general consensus seems to be...why make it all ticket if only 1,100 away fans turned up,surely they will have know the amount of tickets sold,so could have easily just given them the small section,put home fans in the big section and had some banter to create more atmosphere... by making it all ticket and stating home fans will have to relocate to the chaddy end,alienates certain fans,they dont like being messed about so it puts a dampner on things from the off...

depends which way you look at things...yes he is young raw got talent and not played much first team football,however he has made an impact when he has played.... he could quite easily play next week and get a horror tackle n take him out for 12 months...or he could play next week then get snapped up by a prem team for decentish cash and add ons,thus helping us pay the bills a bit longer....

gotta be worth a try....just wish smith could get a goal as it will boost his confidence....just hope parker gets a start...

probably didnt help him not having much match fitness when he came,thought he did well against notts county away,only one who wanted the ball and to do something,and was only one who wanted the penalty,after others turned there backs on it...

i agree with the thoughts on people getting giddy....just wont happen.....id be more than happy with midtable,due to amount of bodies lost and bodies in and quality... i just dont see us being relegation fodder as you do.... very early days yet i know...look at blackpool the season they did it,god awful start..look at norwich.....lots of examples to look at.... if we bring in 3 or 4 decent players i think it will kick start us..but corney has to slacken the purse strings,there is as you say money there....but he is not letting it be spent..
