I think David Mellor has a very bright future in the game, and will with the right coaching develop into a very accomplished footballer. I think, just by the fact that he was given the role that he had against a top premiership player, suggests that LJ also thinks the same.

I think that I went to a different game than some of you lot, I thought that Mellor had a good game.

The quality of sound is very poor and the high lights are a joke.We used to get 20/25 mins, now lucky if it runs to a couple. The facilities offered to the away commentators must always be inferrior to the home facilities, 'cause it's always Roy and Gordy that stop and not the oppo.The visual content of the highlights are often blurred and breaking up. When i complained to player they just fobbed me off. We need lots of complaints to them before it gets better. I have threatened to unsubscribe. It's not the clubs fault but the company that runs player.

This lad has come on leaps and bounds in such a short time, and is a real threat out on the pitch. He's a yound lad that has had a microphone thrust into his face, and that would make anyone nervous. I thought he came over very well in the interview. Just like he has done on the pitch he will get better with the media side of things. Keep up the good work Jonno.

That performance from Wesso was the best from a Latics player for donkeys years , he was absolutely superb, 10 out of 10. And the JCH missile was as stunning a finish as you are ever likely to see. Well done lads onward and upward.
