It's really the Syrian president investing some money before he is over thrown. I am assured we are clear on the money laundering side of things. I get what your saying Carl but for me - Evolution is a gradual process in which something changes into a different and usually more complex or better form (off google I'm not that bright!) so you cant blame fans for dreaming up some of the guff on this thread!
