stevesidg
Says keep listening this week, for interesting news on AND off the pitch. He can't say any more at the moment, so sounds like he knows something. So would a new manager count as on the pitch? If so what could the off pitch be? New stand, new owners......? pinevillawill
Just heard this myself. Interesting... Hope it's not another 'Oldham sign international... M'Changama' build up.
oafc1955
I believe there will be some sort of announcement made regarding the stand sometime this week and hope the other news will be Dowie signing a contract.
Lukers1
How classy did Philliskirk sound just then, that man is a club stalwart.
BP1960
Perhaps a wealthy Arab was watching the cup game and fancies a penthouse in the new stand. A Robbie Fowler take over ?...he's one of the richest men in the country and was at the match yesterday.

Nohairdontcare
"On and off the pitch" sounds to me like a player manager.

disjointed
Would be nice to hear that the stand is going ahead at the end of the season. I do think that would make a difference all round, but it has to be in this division.
smigger5
The new news for a fact is new owners.

Lukers1
Indeed , and I bet he's on more than any of our players What a waste Your right Steve... It was only when he was subbed and I heard his name did I realise he was on the pitch. He was part of the Utd team who battered that Italian team 7 or 8 nil at Old Trafford. I know pace leaves you but you still expect a certain amount of class in his first touch,,, He was :censored: yesterday, he tried to bully our centre halfs, then realised he vcouldnt
leeslover
I never thought he was more than a Championship player got lucky. He got a higher profile because he was the Leeds fans local boy hero, but how he got signed by the Redd Soxx I will never know

Break The Silence
I think Tarky should take a lot of the credit for how :censored: Smith was, got stuck into him early on with a couple of solid challenges and then had him in his pocket after that. Diego_Sideburns
Anyone listen What did they have to say? I listened....more fool me! There was no mention of Latics, in spite of them announcing it this morning. Maybe they're waiting until the news that Jack Dearden hinted at breaks via a Press Conference.....who knows? PaulMag
I was told in the ticket queue yesterday that the new stand has been built in France and is ready to be dis-assembled, shipped over and re-assembled. No idea whether there's any truth in this but the bloke who told me was adamant!
