leeslover
According to Mike Keegan on Twiiter, West Ham are showing strong interest in Richards. I hope Big Sam spends big bucks on himDoes he take his 20% before us or the other way around?
LaticMark
Matt Chambers @Matt_Chambers_ Micah Richards now only behind Ken Barlow as the longest-serving soap opera character. #oafc

OAFCM35
I think Richards would be a cracking signing for United. For the price city want for him they could do a lot worse, it would also be another home grown player for the quota.. Considering that Welbeck and Cleverly are said to be departing before the window closes
PlayItLivo
Liverpool were 5/1 to sign him, that was yesterday. They are now 4/5. Looks promising.
Midsblue
If Liverpool are odds on then I hope that hurry up and sign him. LJ can the sign the players he needs..even though Barry said money would always be available for strengthening

deyres42
Just my opinion, a spending spree would be a remarkable turnaround from current policy though.

I've said it before and I'll say it again the Micah money will not be spent on players
stevesidg
Ok, IF ( bl##dy big IF) goes for £5mill we get allegedly £1m It would be nice to think that we spend even 10% on either wages or a signing We must have someone lined up just in case Or am I deluded? Midsblue
I would just love a spree on transfer deadline day... Richards sold at 10am and then 3 or 4 new faces brought in during the day.. Leon Clarke, Mike Petrasso, Richie Wellens and Paddy Kenny

SavageTheBeast
Looking like a loan move
Midsblue
Looking like a loan moveProbably similar to Torres where a sale triggers a loyalty payout because the player didn't instigate the sale. Just proves how unreal the football industry is where a player who seriously under performs for their employer can get a massive payout in addition to a signing on payment if they are sold. Even sent our on loan, the player is still paid 100% of their salary either from their parent club, the loaning club or both. Richards should be made to come and play for us for free for remainder of this season Edited August 29, 2014 by Midsblue
opinions4u
@Matt_Chambers_: Looking bleak on the Micah Richards sell-on fee front, sad to say. Seems loan deal most likely. #oafc
