the_mighty_bosh
I remember when I looked forward to seeing us against the top teams because we used to get a result quite often. We just used to get beat off the teams in bottom 4. Or have I dreamt that lol Certainly the case under Shez.

the_mighty_bosh
Tickets in the home (side) stands have nearly sold out, they're likely to open the end behind the goal. Not got my ticket yet so my mates and I will go in the away end after all, hopefully we'll make the tenner back in the casino!
tringerlatic42
I will be going for my 5th game- 4 defeat and a draw v Wigan so far, omens not good and coincides with week-end last year and a visit to MK Dons- best forgotten! Anyway I will be there with son Mark and we will start off at the Old Windmill Spon Street , Coventry, around Midday, it is a a short distance from Coventry station and then amke our way to the groiund to arrive at the ground Bar around 2.15. I look forward to seeing Latics friends again and always hoping for the best.

the_mighty_bosh
After watching Cov play last week, I think we may have to counter attack well to win the game. So I'd go for: Coleman Dummigan B Wilson J Wilson Mills Philliskirk Kelly Wellens Jones Yeates Cassidy

deyres42
Am I the only one who thinks Poleon should be one of, if not the, first names on the teamsheet at the moment?
opinions4u
Am I the only one who thinks Poleon should be one of, if not the, first names on the teamsheet at the moment? Most frustrating footballer I've ever seen. But I'd probably start him.

GravityGrave
Need to start Poleon to stretch the game for us and allow us to get further up the pitch . If Wellens and Kelly are both sitting we need to get the full backs bombing on , easier said than done with Mills being a shadow of his former self . deyres42
Top scorer in 2015 is our Dom. Which as awards go is more Golden Raspberry than Golden Globe but still.
the_mighty_bosh
Fair point regarding Poleon and his pace. I'd probably take out Philliskirk and let Poleon run at their weaker full back, with Yeates on the other flank.

the_mighty_bosh
Pretty poor that seeing as there a city and were averaging 12,000 last season. They've still got 2 days left to buy though and they've apparently got some blocks that they are using purely for pay on the day. So I'd guess that they'll end up getting 15 or 16k. If Wellens and Kelly are both sitting we need to get the full backs bombing on , easier said than done with Mills being a shadow of his former self . Us stretch the game? Why on earth would we do that given our vulnerability when we become less compact. Lost one away when compact , regularly over run at home when less compact Edited December 17, 2015 by Magister

NewBlue
Would it be typical if we won? When was the last time we beat a good team - one that made the top 6 - away? Sheffield United in 2012 the only examples I can think of. Getting on for four years...
