Charlton can afford to lose on Saturday, they have a 6 better goal difference than Plymouth and also more goals scored. Not good for us.

Being pedantic if Plymouth were to win on Saturday and turn a six goal deficit round then they would probably have more goals scored than Charlton. Also of concern is that if they lose and finish sixth they will get Shrewsbury in the play offs which could be seen to be preferable to Rotherham or Scunny

The chances of Charlton getting 5th are very, very slim. Scunthorpe are 2 points clear scoring 6 more goals and conceding 1 less. Can see them resting players to be honest.

There is no way Charlton will go into the game not looking to win it.

They can't settle for a draw because they know one moment from Dale could lose them the game. Then imagine how they would feel if they find that Plymouth have won 5-0.

With even the slightest chance of being caught then Charlton will want to win.

Tonight's results as bad as could be.

Only one option left,  a bit left field perhaps.......but  a first league win for a month would do nicely ...........trusting this shower to get a win ......gulp.

Eh? We had to do better than Dale whatever. Make little or no difference.

edit. Makes zero difference.  We would have needed to win to get above them both, if we win we stay up anyway by being above Dale. It affects Dale, not us.

Also, people saying Charlton won’t be up for the win are crazy.

Well it's either gonna be OAFC or Rochdale for the drop

Yes, but doesn’t change what we need to do, which is match their result.  Tonight’s Walsall and AFC games change nowt for us.

I’m not sure we can tho, the only thing I fear we could equal was a loss. Which now is less likely

In which case we were gone anyway.

Tonight's happened we can't change it.  Need to focus now on what we can control and that's by winning our final match. To all those going give them your best support and give them an extra shout for those of us not going.  Remember to cut them some slack when mistakes happen or even if we go a goal or two down, it's only the score after 90 minutes that counts.  After that simply drink and enjoy.

Tonights results don't make a blind bit of difference.  They could only have been drawn in to the relegation battle if both ourselves and Rochdale won.  If we win we stay up in either situation.  It makes no difference to us.
