David Artell comes in to lead Oldham to playoffs. Will any other local companies be involved in the ownership of the club as the season goes on? JW Lees and Housing Units to make small investments. Biggest pissboil of the season - Dorking Warriors having the cheek to get a corner against us. Failing that, Simon Blitz going back on his word for a change and deciding not to sell the land to Mr Rothwell. All in all I think this will be a transitional season one where the rot stops and we turn the tide both on and off the pitch, which is something I will settle for, for now. We still have a way to go to sort our shit out I think. What matters to me is that we are in a stronger position 12 months from now. Ofcourse if we can go up I will take it in a heartbeat, and ofcourse we should try and win every game but that's not the expectation from me this year atleast. Fans patience will be tested abd I'm sure we will have a pissboil or 2 but I reckon we will start to look forwards rather than back from now on. Aye I got a bit excited until the Lemsicunts tried to start doing the team talks, after we won at Grimsby under Bunn I thought we'd push playoffs but we all know how that ended.
