Also I think what someone needs to do with Erwin is teach him how to play with his back to goal play the width of the penalty area and try to get people to fire balls into him his size and his overall technique with the ball at his feet should mean he's got the natrual tools to do this.

 

If a decent manager/coach can convince him he's a number 9 not a number 10 (and plays him there) then their is hope for him.

Overweight and still been one of our best players in this group of :censored:. Your pointing the finger at an easy target when there is a large group of players you should be targeting instead. When he was given a proper run in the team last time he played for us he finished 2nd or 3 rd in the league for assists so your no end product comment is bollocks.

Croft doesnt and never has scored enough goals, even little tap ins.

That he and Winchester are still seen as part of the solution says how far our expectations have fallen

Although he doesn't get many goals or assists. Croft is probably our most intelligent player, picks the right pass, keeps possession and also puts in a shift. Good squad player to have.

So far 3 of the short termers loanees that have left were overwhelmingly in line with how we felt about them, and even then Cameron Burges was overall voted to to return but by a smaller margin, although he did have a brief improvement.

 

Remains to be seen what happens to the others. I'd say only Croft could be kept by Shez with any certainty, but his terms are unknown so that might affect things.

Before leaving for Notts Shez did say if Croft stays fit he his good to have in the dressing room. Suspect he be kept on till end of the season
