    Outstanding victory. Just what we needed. Bit of a surprise given the centre halves that played, but hats off, sounds like they were rock solid. A great day for sport.....

    Doesn't matter who we get in - if they don't get the service, they're going to struggle. Charlie Mac got very few quality balls tonight, despite running his nads off.

    His corners were woeful. Two in succession failed to beat the first man - then from the second one, they raced up the other end and scored...

    0-1 or 0-2 would have been a little more balanced. They were the better side. Worked harder on and off the ball gave us little room. Made great use of gamesmanship and the referee's inability to spot a foul or a dive from anyone in a gold shirt. JCH and Harkins should watch DVDs of this lot to learn how to dive properly and get away with it.

    I was seconds away from walking out at half time. Seconds. My Old man and daughter wanted to go. And so did I, but thought we'd give it 10 minutes of the second. So glad we did.

    Why slag the guy off? I'm freezing my tits off and thoroughly pissed off with yet another inept home display. Does anybody genuinely feel any differently?? I'll be on my way if it doesn't change after 5 minutes of the 2nd half.

    I've reluctantly just cancelled my subscription. I spend more time listening to the myriad of regional accents who can't pronounce our players names, rather than our own commentators. It's very poor....

    Rooney has to go for me. The 3-4 yard sitter and the pen miss have just put the icing on a recently very tasteless cake. We cannot have a player with such a high salary in such consistently poor form. He needs a move.

    I'm normally of the opinion that Mellor is terrible at fullback. However today he did well against a quality premier league winger. No complaints at all.

    I didn't hear any monkey chants. Plenty of booing, but no racism. Oh the :censored:ing irony of being accused of such behaviour by a Liverpool fan. Their ground isn't nicknamed "Klanfield" for nothing....

    I'm a great believer in the standard that, if you're going to have a go at anyone for being thick via a written medium, then make sure you're spelling correctly. Gotta maintain the moral high ground....

    I quite enjoy their coverage too. With Sky, you get some half arsed "pro" talking a load of bollocks, a ten minute pre game slot, and virtually nothing afterwards. I think BT are a breath of fresh air. Which is not to say that I'd pay for it - I've only got it because I have BT's broadband. I don't even have Sky sports.....
