Probably but if we offer him a new one in writing and at least equal terms we get compensation anyway if he rejects that deal in favour of someone else.

Full article explains the length of the loan, whether it's with a view to a permanent transfer, and the clubs reasoning for allowing the deal to go ahead..... oh wait.............

Seriously, don't add insult to injury by claiming we're building for the future, unless LJ is talking about the Conference. We're not even making enough money out of the sales to seriously invest and build for the future. Rather, we're relying on non league players and misfits, hoping and praying they'll come good. If we'd made 2-3 big signings, which we expected after Rooney, then these gamble signings would be okay. Now it looks like they are the future. Tarky and Simpson were the future. They've been virtually given away and what money we have raised will go on the stand, Keep the Faith. Building for the Future. What a load of vacuous bollocks. Shove your platitudes.

Not a single person on here I guess would have mentioned his name between now and the end of the season to push for the 1st team! Moaning for moaning sake I think!

Rather, we're relying on non league players and misfits, hoping and praying they'll come good. It's a fairly good formula for small, well managed clubs. When we have 10,000+ crowds week in week out I'll expect us to compete in the transfer window. Until that day come, what you see it, with the occasional exception, what you're going to get. If we can get good money for a promising but untried keeper today then I'm all for it.
