Barry out, for various reasons.

 

I'm half tempted to say both Barry and Corney but if Corney goes there won't be a club to pick up the pieces of but I am torn so reluctantly I think Corney has to stay.

 

But for a man trying to sell the club, signing Evans isn't helping his cause.

I've got a feeling Barry will "step down" from the fan side of things and be kept on as a yes man/director whatever happens.

Absolutely fine by me! No doubt whatsoever that he works his socks off as a director (as much as I disagree with some of his decisions), but he clearly isn't suited to the job of fans' representative any more. Became clear to me earlier this season with his ridiculous anti-fans statement! He's pushing his own agenda with regard to Evans rather than the fans', and that's just not on...

At least Johnson's been included in the poll. No one really seems to have pointed the finger at him at all. There seems to be an assumption that he's played no part in this.

It is all assumption.

 

It has not been confirmed which director(s) have or have not lead this. Had Barry not been a copper it wouldn't have followed him around.

 

I don't see any stick being given to Ian Hill or any of the other new directors either.

Until someone wants to stand up to him and challenge him.... He will stay where he is...

 

And I suppose rightly so :( As much as I hate to say that....

 

We have to take some blame in all this for leaving him there for so long...

Back to my immediate after match conclusions on Saturday;

To summarise it will be either;

a. Well done to the lads and manager, a good win and spirited display.

b. A point is ok under the circumstances.

c. I told you goals will be scarce with those holding midfielders.

d. What a shambles.

You missed e. If only we had an international striker proven at this level we might have won that
