oafc-latics Posted April 21, 2015 Posted April 21, 2015 2 games left in the Football League. Who do we want to come down, stay in L1 and come up from L2? For me: Championship: Up - Bournemouth, Middlesbrough, Norwich. Down - Blackpool, Wigan and Rotherham down. League 1: Up - Bristol C, PNE, MK. Down - Crawley, Orient, Colchester, Yeovil. League 2: Up - Burton, Shrews, Bury and Plymouth (Bury unlikely to get automatic though, so I'd prefer them through the play-offs over Plymouth). Down - Want Tranmere to stay up, never liked them but not to the extent of relegation out of the football league. Anyone else? Quote
Downender Posted April 21, 2015 Posted April 21, 2015 like to see Orient stay in L1, otherwise the only London game we will have in the league will be Millwall... losing Bristol City, Yeovil and probably less likely Swindon will be a sickener for me personally.... Quote
ceskylatic Posted April 21, 2015 Posted April 21, 2015 I wouldn't want that plastic club MK Dons having any success, plus I'd enjoy watching Karl Robinson fail in the play offs again. I'd also quite enjoy it if that other detestable manager Steve Evans and his Rotherham team got relegated. Quote
Rocky_Latic Posted April 21, 2015 Posted April 21, 2015 Only scores I've been looking out for the last few weeks have been Wigan and tranmere. Would be made up if they both went down. Especially the Birkenhead lot. Quote
sjk2008 Posted April 22, 2015 Posted April 22, 2015 Welcome: Millwall, Wigan, Blackpool, Burton Albion & Shrewsbury Town Goodbye: Bristol City, Preston NE, Colchester United, Yeovil Town Possibly welcome: Wycombe/Southend/Bury (As the others look way short of these) Possibly goodbye: Crawley, Crewe, Leyton Orient & Notts County Quote
Zorrro Posted April 22, 2015 Posted April 22, 2015 Hoping Millwall come down, Crawley and Orient stay up. Quote
24hoursfromtulsehill Posted April 22, 2015 Posted April 22, 2015 Hoping Millwall come down, Crawley and Orient stay up. That means Crewe have to go down. They've got two very easy games whereas Orient have...Sheff Utd and Swindon. It's not looking good at all. Quote
HarryBosch Posted April 22, 2015 Posted April 22, 2015 That means Crewe have to go down. They've got two very easy games whereas Orient have...Sheff Utd and Swindon. It's not looking good at all. My liver doesn't want us to ever play Crewe again Quote
OldhamSheridan Posted April 22, 2015 Posted April 22, 2015 Not fussed too much. Don't want Boro up to the top division. Desperate for Wigwam to get relegated. Don't want Luton to come up. Want both Tranmere and Hartlepuddle to go down - but Tranmere more so. Would rather Bristol Rovers came up, though Grimsby wouldn't be too bad. Quote

Fine by me. Sheff U and Swindon are firmly (okay, not firmly) in the play offs. Orient will :censored: 'em. Quote
blueatheart Posted April 22, 2015 Posted April 22, 2015 Looking forward to Notts County going down, awful team. Quote
24hoursfromtulsehill Posted April 28, 2015 Posted April 28, 2015 So looking forward to Millwall. It's the new Leyton Orient. Quote
MAC0AFC Posted April 28, 2015 Posted April 28, 2015 Cannot wait for all 3 of them away, really hope one of thems the first day. Quote

Orient have to win. Notts County and Crawley have to lose - to Gillingham away and Coventry at home respectively. The odds are staggeringly bad but I think we can do it. Swindon in flip-flops are clearly still better than Gillingham and Coventry in boots. I'm assuming Preston will do football a favour and smash Colchester to claim the second automatic promotion spot ahead of the hated Mongs. Edited April 28, 2015 by 24hoursfromtulsehill Quote

If Orient win, a draw for Crawley, Notts County and Colchester will be enough for Orient to stay up. Colchester are home to automatic chasing Preston, and a draw for Coventry will be enough for them to guarantee safety- Coventry aren't safe. Quote
HarryBosch Posted April 28, 2015 Posted April 28, 2015 So looking forward to Millwall. It's the new Leyton Orient. Has Bermondsey got a Leyton Technical-a-like? Quote
24hoursfromtulsehill Posted April 28, 2015 Posted April 28, 2015 Has Bermondsey got a Leyton Technical-a-like? Hahahahahahahahahaha. There's a Wetherspoons in Surrey Quays (ambulances park outside on matchday and non-matchdays alike, which isn't very Technical). Very decent boozers across the border in London Bridge though. One stop to the ground. Quote
SavageTheBeast Posted April 28, 2015 Posted April 28, 2015 Finally have some new away grounds to tick off next season Quote

Forte_Baby Posted May 1, 2015 Posted May 1, 2015 In a ideal world Bury up Newport to go goal crazy win the play offs if not rather Plymouth came up Quote
