Reckon you are right here.

Most people would buy a club and expect to lose your dosh, not so sure with TTA.

After all, if you buy a sandwich shop, you don't expect to pay for the business and then give them an extra £50k because of the bad debt and mistakes the current owners ran up during their tenure do you?

TTA did that by taking on the additional debt after Moore rode off into the sunset with the season ticket money.

Whatever the response a redevelopment of Boundary Park is a non starter according to Koukash.

So if a bid comes in and is accepted we will be on the move for sure!

No new stand progress must have something to do with this.

Today's @OldhamChronicle: Response from Marwan Koukash to #oafc's invitation to make a bid for the club.

The Doctor is enjoying his 15 minutes of fame in the media:

The Club’s valuation is too high.

Not as simple as making an offer as invited by SC.

BP site is too small for redevelopment for multi-use venue with substantial commercial potential.

Refuses to name larger site for Latics and Roughyeads, but it would not be outside Oldham.

Project is still at preliminary stages.

He has people who can raise the profile of the Clubs straight away.

Hopes to meet with SC in two to three weeks and has requested a meeting with the Council Leader.

Koukash thinks we're valued too high but plans to meet with Corney again in the coming weeks.

Also wants to meet Cllr McMahon.

Much as I dislike the way business is being done in the media, I suppose it helps to keep the fans informed and this sounds like a pretty sound starting position for negotiations.

not dead in the water, but looks like corney will have to lower his valuation if business is to be done.

What could his valuation be? TTA can only win out of this, MK takes over, moves the club away from BP which opens the whole are up for houses.

He has no intention of buying us.
