TheBigDog
Would you have him back? He has returned to Rotherham after failing to score in five at MK Dons. A cheeky loan perhaps?

jsslatic
It's pretty clear we play best with a lump (in the nicest possible way) up front. If Wilkinson's hamstring is going to be an issue then JCH would do a job. Hell, it was probably with him in mind that LJ planned his system for the season. I asked LJ in November if he thought we'd be doing as well if JCH had stayed and he said yes. So for my mind he'd be welcomed back if available. ghostofcecere
I'd rather see Jabo back, we miss that physical presence up front IMO.
Lee Sinnott
If Jabo is the answer, then I dread to think what the question is...
ghostofcecere
The question is how to stop our current lightweight forward line being bullied by 6ft+ defenders.
BP1960
Although he didn't score for MK Dons in the TV game he was a constant threat. I'm sure LJ would welcome him here - or Barnsley.

GlossopLatic
Why do I feel he will become the next Chris porter, Scott Vernon, Lee Hughes, in the "would you have him back" brackets On a more serious note I think he's gone up to the championship a season too early he needed another season down here playing regularly and playing for us. Looks set for a journeyman career being loaned out by successive championship sides and changing clubs every season.

However you said it in your post - HE DOESNT SCORE. how many long will he have where his end product is nothing?

palmer1
id never seen Forte play before us, I cant compare. but if you want him back based on another players record go for it
brierleys555
right now we would be better with him.
ShakerT
I havnt seen JCH play on his loan spell either, what I do know from watching him last year is he has bags of potential, I would rather have him in the team than Philly, Poleon, AMS or Bove. Hands on
The question could be: Why design a system around a tall striker when you don't have one?
Ryan
Massively overrated, the fee we got for him was staggering. I'd rather us persevere with Murphy.

Gaz_Oafc
And the fee was? Reported as a club record fee for Rotherham, (previously £250k for Bowery) so more than that.
laticsmarra
Danny P always played well in partnership with JCH
Midsblue
I'd have him back like a shot...especially in current set-up whilst Wilkinson is injured.

Impossible to say about how long it will take, he plays a little too deep for my liking and needs to get in the box more.
