We've let go of some players who will have been on very decent money and I only see two who are probably high earners so far - Clarke and Flynn. Will there be scope for a couple more bigger names? Heard it was a "play them or pay them" system last year. meaning the parent club paid the wage if Oldham kept them fit and helped them develop. He has previously said that the young pros will be an integral part of the squad. Yet our list at the top of this thread says 24. Can anyone reconcile this? Croft's achievments for us are setting up Smith's goal vs Liverpool, and being vice-president of the banana gang, and he's been here for ages.
