I take it you think we won't see Rhys Murphy again and Danny Byrnes wont be offered anything?

Rhys Murphy has another year

You're only allowed 10 questions, so Danny Byrnes was the only remaining player, so it did not seem sensible to do a whole new question just for him.

Find it a bit strange the disparity between Mills and Jones.

I'd say you have to be consistent with them. If one goes, so does the other. Their time at Latics has been pretty similar.

I can't remember Mills winning player of the season award...

More disturbing is that 18 people actually want to offer Croft a new deal WTF

Jones has been abit disappointing, Mills has been woeful that's the difference.

I get the impression though that Sheridan isn't keen on Jones though, due to his fleeting appearences and both will be gone come August.

If Croft came back pre-season in tip top condition he would do for me....he was injured for a large part of this season and has subsequently let himself down but even an unfit Croft is technically one of our better players.

He's no winger but in CM could do a very good job for us.

He's a clever player who retains possession with ease and

It will depend on whether Shez thinks he can get the best out of him.

Wouldn't rule out him getting a new deal.

This. No excuses for not looking after himself but with a pretty season he's worth a deal if he can prove his fitness.

He's not been out injured just been benched and it shouldnt lead to him piling on the pounds that to me is laziness. I can't believe someone who is paid money to keep fit is that out of shape it's embarrassing.

He spent some time injured too.

Back page of Chron confirms that Jones has been released.

Shame he never really fulfilled his potential and became for me one of the most overrated players we had. On the flip side never really had much of a gig centrally.
