Midsblue
Most of the media is predicting a tonking and Oldham to finish bottom this season. Robbo needs to compile all this and show the lads - 46 cup finals, let's prove all the doubters wrong and sweat blood to secure more wins than draws and more draws than losses. I'd love a draw today and would be ecstatic to snatch a win. I can't see it but it would be a massive two fingers to the red tops!
BP1960
Apparently the team were on the 8.35 from Piccadilly. £10 tickets popular with Corney. And they can upgrade on the train to first class for a tenner.
opinions4u
And they can upgrade on the train to first class for a tenner.£15 I think. Bet they didn't!
jorvik_latic
£15 I think. Bet they didn't! £20. I think they're in First Class anyway. I don't see the issue with this? It's 2 hours and quicker than the coach.

It's the parts at either end of the train that have me scratching my head. Are they all googling Surrey Quays?

The trek from Euston to Bermondsey isn't conducive to a pre-match chill-out though.

It might be like the good old days when players used to join the spectators on a bus to the ground-never did them any harm

Christ, people manage to use public transport every day to get to and from work. I'm sure our delicate little petals can handle it.

ddot_m
I'd rather go on a train than a coach to London! - hot weekend when hundreds of lunatics are dragging themselves up and down the country and sitting in traffic jams.
bigfatjoe1
They always used to catch the train to London. I remember meeting Tommy Wright and Kevin Moore at the old station cafe. Makes perfect sense.
