No wonder we went down with utter classless and clueless scumbags like that dwarf, fatso, sulker and Manc lad at the club.

No. We should build a team around committed and professional players. Glad to be rid of those people who seem to think they are superstars already when they are actually pretty shit at their jobs.

I work right next to Fetter Lane.... and I'm free on the 22nd Aug. If it gets heard, I'm gonna turn up.....

Well it will either not happen,  be over in 5 seconds (as it has been paid) or result in the order being issued. It’s not a trial. There won’t be anything juicy.

Professional lads with a bit of quality don’t want to play for clubs who pay wages late every month

You don’t think we have any that fit that bill then?  Ok.

No idea why people defend the actions of these absolute twats.  Keep your counsel and leave the club.  No need to be as childish and low rent as they have been.  Great bit of advice I was given was to always leave nicely.

You will see them in the dictionary filed under cunts, no quality, no pride and most of all no class. When they move on they will conjure up some more excuses as to why they can't do their job and eventually will drift out of the game altogether blaming everyone and everything along the way, barring themselves of course.

Be ‘selling’ solar panels to grannies within a few years probably. Although big Craig will probably move on to being a DJ in his own bar in Las Americas.  Playing to literally tens of people.

Further to article in the London Gazette regarding a winding up petition by HMRC against the club, we have sought clarification from the club and can assure fans that the matter is in hand.‬

‪We can’t comment further on the matter but will if more information comes to light.‬

#businesslads Do we think this is historic or new debt?

Historic, this tax year only ended just over 2 months ago. You would think if it was related to that HMRC would allow more than 2 months for you to sort it before starting a winding up petition where they are likely to end up being paid a pittence of a percentage of what they are actually owed. HMRC are however known to use the system quite aggressively to get payment faster.

If your on £2k a week, 10 month deal, one or two kids and a mortgage you don't think late wages would affect your attitude to your work? The main blame for relegation rests with the twats we have had running the club.

In league one you are one bad injury from playing semi pro or not at all. Can't blame the players for putting the boot in to be honest.

Then we differ on how to behave.  That’s fine.

This is total bollocks. These lads are on £2k a week on at best 23 month contracts. They are not on the sort of money where they can afford to have wages late month after month.

Salt of the earth proper bloody good blokes like your Brian Wilson's etc won't their mortgages paying on time. I agree we have some cunts but please don't think people like Gardner Clarke and Hunt won't be fucked off with the wages shambles.

You seem to have missed the point of his post.

Yet Gerrard can afford to be unemployed for 6 months a season waiting for Real Madrid to come in for him...

His post suggests the late wages would not play a part in affecting their performance. I say it 100% would. It would make you question the clubs future and make you look elsewhere, as it would in any industry, especially when on a fixed term contract.

Some of them are just cunts, fair play. Not having that the off field didn't affect things. To think money doesn't affect players on £60k a season is mental.

Didn’t model pro Peter Clarke report the club to the PFA? Sure I’ve read that on here.

You've kind of backed up the model pro point there. Going to the PFA and looking to deal with it privately is the professional thing to do, not talking in riddles and using emoji's on twitter.
