You would think if it was related to that HMRC would allow more than 2 months for you to sort it before starting a winding up petition where they are likely to end up being paid a pittence of a percentage of what they are actually owed. The main blame for relegation rests with the twats we have had running the club. In league one you are one bad injury from playing semi pro or not at all.
