  1. He used to get quite up tight about being called Andy at one time, but when I last saw him on TV they called him Andy, and he didn't seem to mind.
  2. Why do you think it might be off? Weather forecast is 5 degrees for Saturday afternoon.
  3. Do they do in depth stats like this on L1 and 2 players, let alone French 3rd. and 4th. divisions?
  4. It's very good of Mr. Flynn to give his time up to help the Trust. His knowledge and experience will be invaluable if the unthinkable happens and AL walks away.
  5. Managing directors Salary Total Pay JP Morgan £306,488 £919,463
  6. I typed 4196 and changed my mind because I thought we may get a few more after the cup game. I changed the 1 to a 2.
  7. I understand the reasons to bring in an experienced assistant if PW is appointed manager, but he has done well with the people he has had helping him so far, and everyone including the payers, have mucked in. He may take too much notice of an experienced assistant and lose the instincts he has now.
  8. Could be back to Rochdale. Wonder why Scunny didn't keep him or want him back. Doubt he would be dropping to L2 after loans at 3 L1 clubs, but you never know.
  9. I'm surprised tickets are only a tenner. I expected the normal price for this game, after all it is the 4th. round and he winner gets a great chance of a big team in the 5th. I don't think it will more than double the gate they would have got anyway. Perhaps they want to increase the atmosphere to give them a better chance. It won't work with the noise from our away support.
  10. Just listened to Pete Wild's interview today. When asked if Surridge could come back he said he didn't know, but he does know that Bournemouth want to keep him for a couple of weeks to see how he goes. The owner Wild says is trying hard to bring a couple of the recalled players back. As far as I can see those would only be Surridge and Lyden. No doubt Graham was recalled because he wasn't playing. We haven't therefore given up on Surridge yet.
  11. Paul Scholes would want a guarantee that he has a very good budget. He wouldn't risk it otherwise.
  12. I always thought that a penalty was a deliberate foul in the penalty area. When did the rules change?
  13. That young lad Sesignon will most likely play. He'll cause us major problems. Spurs put out a very strong team last night to keep up momentum. I don't think Fulham will, it's far more important for them to try and stay in the Prem., but I think they are fighting a losing battle.
  14. MP's can't stop it. It's written in law that we leave March 29th. May could delay it by asking for Article 50 to be extended, which the EU have said they will only agree to if we have another referendum. If leaving under WTO stops UK clubs bringing in foreign players who are not internationals then it may help the England team because English players will get a chance. Even Prem. clubs youth set ups are full of foreign players these days. Bring it on. AL's brother will have to liaise with the manager to help him find players who fit into the system and fit into the dressing room without causing problems.
  15. I doubt he would have given his shirt and boots away if he was staying. He's supposed to be on a season long loan.
  16. You can make the screen bigger on Bet365 by going to the tab 'live streaming' at the top of the page. If the game isn't playing and something else is on, scroll down the list until you get to our game. Click on it and it will show in the screen that's 2 or 3 times bigger than the screen on the main site. This can also be made bigger by using ALT and + it then covers about 75% of the screen. May be issues with freezing though as you say, I don't know.
  17. I wouldn't be surprised if Notts. C. are still paying him.
  18. Rather have beans on toast than be ruled by that mob of inflated and pompous unelected fools.
