rvlatic Posted January 12, 2017 Share Posted January 12, 2017 The fella who told me about Hill's cut seems to think that it's a bit of a 'sweetner' to keep him at the club - they pay him wages that they can afford (he could probably earn more elsewhere) with clauses like these to keep him happy financially.
