cmr Posted October 2, 2017 Posted October 2, 2017 Recent results made you want to go with there being no game Saturday? it`s a yes from me
Stainrod Posted October 2, 2017 Posted October 2, 2017 (edited) Yes, hope we keep the same team just to keep momentum. Only possible change I'd make is to rest Davies and give Holloway a start alongside Doyle (not for reasons of form but just to keep Davies fresh). Edited October 2, 2017 by Stainrod
cmr Posted October 2, 2017 Author Posted October 2, 2017 Davies has stitches in a cut knee and RW said in this mornings interview a couple of kids in,probably Stott and Fawns?

singe Posted October 2, 2017 Posted October 2, 2017 Not interested on this comp in the slightet, but I do hope we win for RW record and keep his winning run going.

Forte_Baby Posted October 2, 2017 Posted October 2, 2017 I had this day off originally but cancelled it. Not been to a Checktrade Trophy game since the U23 came into it. Won't lie now am gutted and proper up for going to this game.
thetramfixer Posted October 2, 2017 Posted October 2, 2017 (edited) It will be interesting to see how many squad players who feature actually get on ... With the current 'tempo' you'd have thought a fringe player would give their all to stake a claim to RW and whoever that they're 'playable' ... would be nice to forget what the competition is about and absolutely hammer someone, without the usual finger nail biting towards full time. BP1960 Posted October 2, 2017 Posted October 2, 2017 You get the feeling Richie can turn out a reserve team at Crewe and still win.
oafc1955 Posted October 2, 2017 Posted October 2, 2017 I take it there's no commentary on ifollow tonight.

TheBigDog Posted October 3, 2017 Posted October 3, 2017 (edited) 19:30 kick off this evening. No Placide, Nepomuceno, Ruddy, Dummigan with Byrne on standby for Ireland plus Gardner and Davies possibly out with minor injuries. A much changed team this evening methinks. Will we see Menig and Omrani start? And when is Maouche going to appear? Will Gerrard get a run out? We do have Brian Wilson back and hopefully Holloway and Scott are close. Looking forward to seeing the team sheet tonight! Edited October 3, 2017 by TheBigDog

Looking forward to seeing the team sheet tonight! Placide and Nepomuceno are available. They don't leave until tomorrow as their international games are next Tuesday. I reckon there may only be 1 or 2 changes. I think Wellens is still auditioning for the job so will put a strong team out. Especially seeing as they've got 10 days off afterwzrds.
oafcmetty Posted October 3, 2017 Posted October 3, 2017 Scholes-Beard and Sheridan could feature according to this: http://www.manchestereveningnews.co.uk/sport/football/football-news/oldham-athletic-news-scholes-sheridan-13705163
