It's all circumstance...the loan players have returned to their respective clubs, as required to do so and the club is waiting for the takeover to be finalised before any players already lined-up can be brought in. Menig hasn't settled and Clarke wasn't playing his best. The two 'keepers didn't even have a sniff of playing. Nothing screwed up. Wellens goes with what he has. This takeover business is rapidly destroying the season- The best case scenario is we avoid relegation and eventually the takeover is completed and we look ahead to next season with some optimism. Come the end of the day this Monday and the takeover could be complete, the new players registered and off we go...maybe.
