BP1960
I started this is another thread, but thought it better with one of its own. If you could build a perfect Latics player from the body parts of those past and present, who would he be made up from. For example Bobby Johnstone's brain and Jim Fryatt's forehead. Any more suggestions? Edited September 18, 2017 by BP1960

Bristolatic
Shez's footballing brain (but not his knees), Paul Warne's determination, Ernie Cooksey's get-stuck-in-ability, Mo Whittle's left foot, Sean Gregan's nous, Matt Smith's head, Luke Beckett's goal scoring ability, Andy Liddell's right wing crosses and, in case needed in net as an emergency, Pogs' dealing with crosses and Ripley's hands. GlossopLatic
Les Pogliacomi was dreadful at dealing with crosses. It was his shot stopping and long reach that made him a very good goalkeeper. Edited September 19, 2017 by GlossopLatic
