HarryBosch
The Last Kingdom is quite good. Only problem is I haven't finished Vikings and I think this has given the end away....

HarryBosch
I've got the new series of Fargo on my planner. Is it any good...? I couldn't manage more than two or three episodes with that bloke from the Office speaking American. Why couldn't they just get an actual American to do it? I never knew the bloke who plays him was a Brit.... Again, proper actor. Same for Brodie. Martin Freeman isn't very good at acting in his own accent.... McNulty doing posh English was very clever once you realised he was actually posh & English. Damian Lewis wasn't so bad was it? Again, I didn't even know when he played Winters in Band of Brothers....

beag_teeets
Making a murderer on Netflix is seriously gripping. We did all ten episodes yesterday finishing at about 4 am. Don't want to say too much, will need spoilers.

Not sure that "upset" is the right word but it may well do. It will make you incredulous and irritable.

HarryBosch
Deutschland 83 - pretty decent so far, good soundtrack too. I started watching this Sunday night on the all4 app. I was gutted last night when I got to the end of episode 4 and that was all they had on there.. Not had that with a programme in a long time. 10/10 so far.

Not had that with a programme in a long time. 10/10 so far. I like it but as I get older, I don't like shows where there's a character in a tight spot that gets tighter and tighter and then they get out of it...with a handy lead in to the next tight spot, which is tighter simply as a result of the accumulation of lucky escapes and near misses from previous tight spots. It is a good programme though. I just can't take the stress. Much happier with Endeavour or Vera these days. I don't think I could take Breaking Bad again. Although I did wake my wife last night up when the thing with the car in the forest happened Anything overly sad can :censored: right off nowadays though. I've been resourceful as usual and have now got the last 4 episodes lined up for tonight
24hoursfromtulsehill
Yeah. Sad stuff can do one these days. I used to love a good war film set in some no holds barred African hellhole. Can't stand 'em now. Had to send someone to watch Slow West to make sure it wouldn't upset me. I'm keeping the rest of Deutschland 83 until I've recorded them all.
