razza699
Personal life Baxter was one of three men arrested in October 2009 in Kirkby on suspicion of possession of cannabis with intent to supply and on suspicion of possessing counterfeit money.[5] from wikipedia^^^^ according to sources at tranmere... "he was a cracking player for us but a bit of a tearaway, he has been arrested numerous times for drug and theft offences" Another Billy Kenny? Obviously has talent... Looks similar mould to KMB... Look what he's doing with a bit of nurturing and guidance at Yeovil
bigfatjoe1
Very talented lad, but has had his problems off the pitch. Still, he was a kid in Liverpool....everyone makes mistakes. Would love to sign him. Almost got him on loan a couple of years ago. However, he's not an out and out goalscorer. More of a support striker, like Simpson. What happened at Palace? jsslatic
Looks similar mould to KMB... Look what he's doing with a bit of nurturing and guidance at Yeovil Lastly not impressed or happy with marsh brown. ability he has but not committment atitude or application. looked like someone who was on the piss last night and just couldnt be arrsed today. not one for the future imo. Agree about Marsh Brown, not for me, doesn't track back with any great intent, leaving Luke very exposed, MB doesn't look to cover for Luke when he is out of position either. When Gav comes back I hope he will play instead of MB Marsh-Brown = 5 Showed rare glimpses of speed in an otherwise unimpressive display. He failed to offer the same sort of guile as Foley, leaving his side impotent in front of goal. His eagerness to do it alone, severely exposed the team as he was caught out of position all too frequently. A luxury passenger. Brown-Needs use his pace more than always trying trickery.Always a threat and surprised was subbed.
jsslatic
Above off the Yeovil forum. I just searched Marsh-Brown and they're the comments that came up on the first page. May be better ones from earlier in the season, but what exactly is it he's doing at Yeovil that will prove to be different to BP? He started well here too, but then he squandered the ball, was a disruptive influence and punched an opponent square in the face.

bossrocks
Think he would be worth a punt. Can't be any worse than what we've got and could be the one to kick-start our season.
Forte_Baby
Defo got to be a worth a look at. Remember when Dickov first took over and him being linked with a loan move. I doubt the club will offer him more than a one year deal anyway.

Chaddyender2
Used to be the first player id sign on football manager when starting a new season. Was good On that but then again so was warren feeney 8-). Must be pretty decent if everton offered him a new contract, albeit at a reduced wage. Hope the only reason clubs like tranmere etc havent offered him a trial is that they think he will want mega bucks.

planetarydeadlock
He was a technically good footballer for us. It was easy to tell he was better than his teammates by his vision and awareness. Think Ronnie hasn't bothered to have a look at him though, as he wants a big frontman although Baxter's best mate is playing for us. If you're not making chances in the games then he'd be a good cure for the problem on his displays here last season.

Tommy_Fent
He's been described as a similar sort of player to Craig Davies i.e. get the best out of him and you've got yourself a gem

How many players end up playing their best football with us? Craig Davies included. However, if you don't buy a ticket etc etc Edited September 10, 2012 by PhilStarbucksSilkySkills
singe
*cough* miguel *cough* We knew what he wanted, he/agent simply upped it, ie we thought we knew what he wanted, The point the OP made was that they did not even bother to find out, just assume it was too much.. The problem people had was that he didn't do it every week
