It surely must suggest that we haven’t been able to land the RB we want (or at least we’re still trying to work on it) and this seems like a pure stop gap…it also suggests to me that Unsworth thought Sutton and Hobson could cover in the meantime but last Saturday’ debacle and outcry from the fans has forced the clubs hand.

Either way, nice to have someone at right back who has played there before as his actual full time job 🤣

This top 3 form we showed in the New Year came about with Sutton at right back so surely he deserved first pop in that role if we revert back to 4-4-2.

It's not the players losing us games it's the manager and set up, trying to shoe horn 4 centre halfs in to a back 5 is what's fucking us and it's causing imbalance to our shape and set up particularly when we then have a midfield of Sheron Shelton and Dickinson which is effectively another back line 10 yards further up the pitch.

We'll struggle again tomorrow against these if we can't control the midfield and looking at the options we appear to be fucked.

Still expect us to win tomorrow it's a bit car crash at the minute but we seem to get the win when Unsworth needs one.

No idea who or the position. Just heard it was someone who has played majority of career in Prem or Championship...

I have alerted the club to an attacking midfielder available on loan from a Premiership outfit who's nippy, clever, has good vision and can pass a ball. Doubt it's him though as he's not too experienced.

Friend of a friend says it’s a midfielder, possibly first name Ryan? No idea beyond that

Tunnicliffe?

Local lad (Heywood) without a club.

Heard he was looking to come back to these pastures a few weeks ago.

Can only hope he's a reformed character... :

Tunnicliffe was given a two-match ban for the start of the 2015–16 season, a £5,000 fine and ordered to take an educational course after calling Middlesbrough's Patrick Bamford a "sausage boy" over Twitte
