beag_teeets Posted March 3, 2015 Posted March 3, 2015 My nerves are shot after listening to that! Well done lads.
deckyd Posted March 3, 2015 Posted March 3, 2015 So glad to be wrong. Had port vale nailed on for 3 points. Good boost.
manshaw Posted March 3, 2015 Posted March 3, 2015 Fantastic. Bring on Yeovil, and no Johnsons insight lol
Scapegoat Posted March 3, 2015 Posted March 3, 2015 Odd night. Top 5 all lost/drew. Other results not exaclty great for us, but thanks to the three points we are still in touch.
RobOAFC Posted March 3, 2015 Posted March 3, 2015 Excellent result. Hopefully we can follow it up with another win against Yeovil and gain some momentum. March looks like it will either make or break the season with the next 6 games.
josh_latics Posted March 3, 2015 Posted March 3, 2015 Listening on the radio - big props to Kean. Had a mare on Saturday, but cleano today, sounds like he commanded his box - The General's effect?
BP1960 Posted March 3, 2015 Posted March 3, 2015 Said they would prefer it away from home and sneak it.
PlayItLivo Posted March 3, 2015 Posted March 3, 2015 Good to stop the rot and calm the panic. We'd only lost 3 on the bounce, but it seems like an age since we beat Swindon.
Andy-latic Posted March 3, 2015 Posted March 3, 2015 Always keep clean sheets with the general playing!
disjointed Posted March 3, 2015 Posted March 3, 2015 It really doesn't matter what other teams do at the moment, lets get 50+ points in the bag, then lets take it from there. Looking at the fixtures for March this should be a given, but typical Latics could have other ideas.
underdog Posted March 3, 2015 Posted March 3, 2015 (edited) And we are right behind Barnsley to boot with a game in hand. Well done the lads had us down for 0-0 good stuff Edited March 3, 2015 by underdog
Handsy Posted March 3, 2015 Posted March 3, 2015 A controlled performance according to gordon first half a bit backs to the wall Late on but with the general back a clean sheet guaranteed. Kelly's Hero's back on track
the_mighty_bosh Posted March 3, 2015 Posted March 3, 2015 Sounded as though Holden got that spot on tonight. It might've been backs to the wall but he proved that he can get the team organised and disciplined. A must for any manager. Great win!
Latics4lifenotjustxmas Posted March 3, 2015 Posted March 3, 2015 Great result on the back of what has happened in the last few days at a bogey ground where we never win. I wasn't convinced with Dean Holden at first but having listened to him, I'm changing my mind, he knows the club and is passionate about it. Maybe he could be the man if he gets a good run of results? #teamgonedreamgone
Scapegoat Posted March 3, 2015 Posted March 3, 2015 Last ten games: W5 L5 F11 A 13 Consistently inconsistent. If we don't grab a play-off berth this season it will have been down to the up/down nature of performances in the second half of the season.
