Easy £1m. More or less a years income I think. Easy a years wages.

And paid back Blitz something. Hopefully he has a word

And we could have given tickets to those who had their do cancelled too on Friday and got them back on side.

Dunn and the players have a it to answer for.

We could have easily got Eastleigh at home. Saturday cost us the chance of earning £1mil. It isn't guaranteed we'd have got the same draw, highly unlikely tbf.

No we would of been the same ball number. So yes not winning on Sat has now let a massive massive payday slip away.

The feel of the club amd especially tha fans would of changed with that draw.

Yes, but us beating Sheff Utd would have lead to a different set of events leading up the draw which would have resulted in the balls being pulled out in a different order.

In any system, just a small change in initial conditions will almost definitely result in different outcomes, like if you spin a ball on roulette wheel 100 times from the same number, its next to impossible that you'll land on the same number 100 times in a row, it's called chaos theory, the butterfly effect and all that

What happened to ball 61 between 5pm on Saturday and 7pm this evening that may not have happened if we had won?

Well, if there was a test draw earlier when ball 61 was picked it would have taken a fraction of a second longer to say and complete said draw as Sheffield Utd is a syllable longer than Oldham Athletic, just that difference would have changed the initial conditions drastically for the events from that point until the end of the draw.

You can't really knock Dunn.

We weren't that bad against a decent team. Cassidy and Poleon want sacking for missing their chances.

Most of the callers to BBC Sheff were asking for the managers head - some for a top to bottom clear-out. We were second best to a seriously out of form team. Poleon did what he usually does - created himself a chance and mis-controlled it away again. Cassidy had abysmal service all day - was a bit unlucky but probably just taken by surprise that a cross actually came in.

Until they had a man sent off we were awful. Afterwards we huffed and puffed with no real cutting edge.

Is it a syllable shorter?

True, if Sheff Utd pulled out Sheff Wed in the practice, this may have lead to a bit of banter that wouldnt have happened if Latics had been drawn and therefore the future has been altererd irreversibly.

Cheers

Nah, he's right. Apparently it's called a diphthong, a one syllable word with two sounds.

Anyhow, us beating or drawing with Sheff Utd would have resulted in an entirely different draw outcome, as it's massive change in initial conditions.

Not having it, ball 61 was always going to be drawn at that point in time regardless of the result against Sheff U, John Hartson determined where ball 61 was going to be every time he give them a shake.
