Who turned?

It's fine to question his role in five straight defeats that have incorporated a collective lack of commitment from the players alongside an apparent tactical naivity.

His name was being chanted on Saturday and I'm not sure fans of other teams would be doing similar on the back of 5 straight defeat and 2 points from his last 8 games if you add on the last three games from last season.

This is what any new owners need to understand if a deal comes off.

Kelly, Robinson, Dunn, Penney - pretty much any other manager - would not be given the rope we're giving Shez even if they were having to operate in the same shitty circumstances.

And that goodwill is massive. It was a massive part of why he kept us up twice - the mood simply lifted both behind the scenes and in the stands both times he arrived.

Giving him 2 or 3 decent players this week will be the best way to protect their investment short term. Especially given the time left until the end of the transfer window.

More upheaval is the last thing they need, never mind us as fans.

There was an interview with Mark Moissley on Revolution Radio.

He said there's likely to be plenty of activity in and out over the next few days.

Players leaving will influence who/how many come in.

A lot of the activity will be loans.

That interview was recorded on Thursday,  I expect Moisley is being fed the same shit as we are, welcome to the mushroom farm Mr Moisley.

Is Byrne a new investor client of one of Shez's?

Placide is clearly new investor, so that sounds promising from an investment point of view.

Not sure what it signals if it's Byrne.

At least the embargo is lifted.

They're still getting parachute payments. A 3 year deal on 8k a week would be a pretty big payoff though.

They were relegated in 2013, I didn't think parachute payments lasted 5 seasons.

As you say he's not on a small wage and has a lot to run on his contract, I doubt they will be getting rid of all that so quickly, especially as it could be a managerial preference that he isn't playing.
