deyres42
Banks and Green going might just give enough leeway to get the new lads in for Saturday.

Stott's left footed but much more of a centre back. We're really short on options aren't we?
Chris Richard
I know this has been asked before but I can't find the post, what's the deadline for new players to be registered for for a Saturday game? Could we be playing Wellens mind games again in which all new players are named on the day?

LaticsPete
A decent away following expected. Had sold 550 by yesterday morning.
oldhamoafc
Reckon we could potentially see 352 tomorrow with edmundson, Gerrard and Wilson in a back 3 and dummigan and gevaro as wing backs.

Can you stop it please I was still looking forward to going tomorrow until you reminded me of the piss poor team we might turn out.

He was talking Edmundson up in his iFollow interview so I reckon he'll start. I like them both but Stott looks the better of the two to me

I think you'll be right. Edmundson's not exactly pacey either. Stott's left footed like Bryan though and we've got no left back available.... oafcmetty
With Placide playing sweeper keeper, I'm less bothered about a lack of pace at the back than I would be with a traditional keeper.
deyres42
Wilson had a blinding match playing there against Wigan last season. Not ideal but rather see that than 3-5-2.

I'd love to see both start either side of him in a 3 or with Stott at left back in a 4. Can't see it happening though..
singe
If the new players aren't registered in time, of the current squad (not including youths) only Paul Green will not be in the squad that played v Charlton, but of all the contracted players only Jamie Stott & Ryan Flynn (who?!) & Mason Fawns can be added if Hunt & Mantack are absent through injury. Bare bones, a youth player or two may be on the bench, it certainly does n ot leave much change to change things tactically!
