I have seen a few tweets from a couple of people who should be "in the know" that suggests they are not registered. One of RW's close friends (a Latics fan) tweeted "let’s hope if they are good enough they are old enough" - I took that to be about Latics (possibly wrongly). I'm guessing that we were about to let him and Fawns go on loan but pulled the plug at the last minute when we realised how screwed we were at the back.
