We are sticking so many more tackles in under Shez, closing down all over the pitch, and getting the ball forward quickly (without hoofing it). Looks so much better than earlier in the season. Only press when we need to and more than happy to let them have the ball. We look like we have a better idea of what we want to do going forwards too.
