But there's a big argument ongoing with threats of legal action over who owns the ground with new owner locking the old owner out, but old owner claiming it's his and threatening to evict the club... I think he’s now out of contract at Solihull as far as I’m aware and he’s also not training at Chesterfield. He’ll be 24 on 22nd and therefore I’m guessing no compensation would be payable after that date? If he ain’t training anywhere then he’s missing preseason and probably hampering his personal fitness.
