Dear Frank, please can we sign every Southend player and their manager and get rid of the majority of ours.

Some of theirs are out of contract and others cheap buys.

I'd said earlier in the summer Husin and Bridge looked decent at BP last year

Tactics again horrible. At 1-0 the front two close and midfield retreat to half way. Just make it easy for them. Then kick off at 2-0, anyone see that, pass it back they close we look half hearted lose it nearly lose 3rd. From second goal head went down no fight. Management aren’t instilling a lot from today. Second best all day, never got in behind, never got to byline, looked all over place. Midfield sat off and couldn’t pass. Couldn’t look any further off a team u think will challenge

To anyone saying it’s one game.

We were absolutely woeful playing 352 last season.

Like fucking awful.

He wins by keeping it simple for division 5 players by playing 442.

Buys a few players non of which suit 352 and plays 352.

That is indefensible.

We know what a good team looks like (See teams under Shez, Dowie, LJ and Royle (if you're old enough))

This isn't it.  Never has been under Unsworth.

The opportunity we have will pass unless something drastically changes.

Well we was hoping for 8,000 next Saturday, this will knock at least 2,000 off that. A lot of lost revenue.

Doubt it will make any difference to next weeks attendance. First home game. Fans will look for a massive reaction.

Stupid comment...

Feels like one of the worst results that I can remember in the near 30 years of being a fan, mainly because of the height of the expectations and the bump of just how bad the defeat was.

Unsworth is under pressure right from now.  It wasn't a flash in the pan, he resorted to all of the worst traits from last season.  Absolutely nothing against Southend who deserved the win and score, but that should never have been allowed to happen.
