oafc1955
Premonition? 90th min equaliser FFS.......but 19shots to our 2 suggests they deserved a draw at the very least. Glad I didn't go!!!!
PlayItLivo
Meh, bit gutted for the guys who made the trip. But in reality, it's neither here nor there. On the plus side, Trannies are bottom of League Two with 3 games left! Edited April 14, 2015 by PlayItLivo

BP1960
Brown flattened before Coventry goal according to Latics Player, but I've noticed he does seem to have a developed a habit of falling over trying to win free kicks and maybe the ref thought so ? Will have to see the video on that. Ref also booked Jones for diving to claim a penalty, again the video will be interesting.

NewBlue
Worst scored : conceded ratio of any team in the league in the last 10 minutes of games. Johnson set up a team of bottlejobs. Strong manager needed to guide this bunch into a team with a winning mentality

Strong manager needed to guide this bunch into a team with a winning mentality I'll stand to be corrected but I'm sure the only points we dropped late on this season under LJ were 1 against Crewe and 2 against Donny... Edit: and we picked up late points against Swindon (1), Scunthorpe (4), Posh (1), Walsall (2) Edited April 14, 2015 by jsslatic
hollinwood_pass
does dropping two points tonight matter? probably not but ... the late goals for both coventry and gillingham meant that Latics slipped from a clear 13th back into 14th place. if last season is anything to go by then I believe it is the top 13 in the third division that are seeded in the first round draw of next season's league cup .... although it will be the top 14 if Reading win the FA cup and hence qualify for Europe. could be helpful for the club to improve its chances of making the second round of the league cup and the chance of a draw against one of the bigger top flight clubs that fail to qualify for Europe ... Spurs, Everton, Newcastle maybe?

RobOAFC
Awful game, we offered nothing. We scored well worked goal from a freekick, but they battered us for rest of game. Poor passing, no width, no intent to attack. Was a foul on Brown, but they deserved at least a point. Coleman kept us in it with some good saves. rvlatic
Tbh i expected another 'standard 2-0' away defeat - would have snatched a draw if offered beforehand . It does worry me that the next two opponents have had free scoring games - and we are back to square pegs in defence..

GlossopLatic
Is that another goal conceded from a set piece? Anyoneelse genuinely concerned Holden will now get the job.

Edit: and we picked up late points against Swindon (1), Scunthorpe (4), Posh (1), Walsall (2) I was more on about the players than the managers. Whoever is in charge, it's very poor by this collective. The stat I used was based on goals between 81-90 minutes, with our record as 3 scored and 11 conceded, which is the worst in the league by quite a distance. Although just to be pedantic, every player on the pitch tonight when the goal went in was a Johnson signing. RobOAFC
Glossop, we didn't concede from free kick. Brown got shoulder barged in back, their guy crossed and scored (I think, wasn't paying much attention at that point). We scored from free kick, looked like it had been worked on in training ground.
