laticsmarra
What Simon Corney needs to do if he wants to live in New York is recruit a capable Board. Neil Joy doesn't appear to have the necessary Leadership skills. Simon always has ,too be the face of the club. Ian Hill has hardly covered himself in glory with all the property issues over the years. Barry Owen ,well what can I say that hasn't already been said. The other mates that he brings onto the Board are only there to sell the club.

Ian Hill has hardly covered himself in glory with all the property issues over the years. Barry Owen ,well what can I say that hasn't already been said. ShakerT
We have a decent squad and had a :censored:e manager, if we can get a half decent manager in we can do well in this league especially with Green, Cassidy and Kelly to come in. Corney has done the decent thing letting Dazzler go so unless you know a rich Arab prince with millions to spent Corney will do fine for me. ShakerT
corney has done a decent thing????? :censored:ing clueless :censored: making this club a joke he could have been stubborn and stood by his man, he hasn't and you would believe he has held his hands up and got rid. Speaking with Simon I believe he has the clubs best interests at heart, until we get another "clueless :censored:" to buy the club he will have to do for now. Steve_R
Corney needs to go. Bad decision after bad decision is all he makes. We've no money so sign rapists and killers, no one will mind. Knock a stand down, leave it for years, while we move to Manchester.Tell everyone Boundary Park can't be redeveloped, threaten to move away again, then tell everyone it can. Start work on a new stand, lie and lie about when it will be open, sell season tickets in it with the promise it will be ready for the start of the season then blame everyone else when it's not. Give up on a season when we've still a chance of the play offs, then kick people out of the home end because it will make a better atmosphere (like that's happened). Appoint a manager with no experience who none has heard off form the 'best list of candidates ever' then sack him after seven games. Appoint Barry ':censored:in' Owen to the board. This club is a joke, a laughing stock, and the man running it is sat across the pond most of the time, with no idea how ridiculous he is making us look. NewBlue
Bury and Rochdale have overtaken us, we've had national infamy all over the front of newspapers, we've not finished higher than 15th for 6 seasons, crowds have halved and we've had 3 stands for the last 7 years, all under Corney's tenure. Other than that though it's been decent.

HarryBosch
I always "backed" Corney until the Ched Evans fiasco. Even if it's his call & his call only he himself can employ somebody to run the club better? Can't he? I would..... bigfatjoe1
Corney needs to go as soon as we have someone who will actually waste throw a :censored: load of cash at the club with no hope of any return, ever. Looks like he'll be owner for life. i think running the club is another issue. He's not here most of the time. He needs someone to manage the club who knows what he's doing. I'll state the obvious, get rid of Owen. He serves no obvious purpose. He's an amateur who's there by default. Still, if he did that, he'd have to pay someone a wage...just get rid of him and let Joy run the shop.
